Samaya is an earth-friendly commune and we like to co-operate with the needs of the planet bringing our awareness to environmental issues such as the usage of electricity, gas and water. Water is a precious commodity at the ashram as we rely on rainwater for our showers, washing up and gardening.

We enjoy beautiful vegetarian meals together, eating our home-grown organic vegetables and fruits when ever they are in season.

We love beauty and cleanliness and enjoy the sense of balance and harmony that it brings to the space we live in.

Samaya is a cigarette and drug free zone.
