A practice of self-transformation through self-observation and introspection - to the extent that sitting with a steadfast mind becomes an active experience of change and impermanence.
This is a meditation in which you have to be continuously alert, conscious, aware, whatsoever you do. Remain a witness. Don’t get lost. You can become one with the breathing so much that you can forget the witness. But then you miss the point.

Meditation in Action means bringing awareness to everything we do. When we work in the gardens, the forest or the buildings we try to be completely absorbed and focused on in each moment of each task.
This meditation lasts for one hour and has four stages, three with music, and the last without.
